Whether you are suffering from digestive difficulties, a poor relationship with food or simply looking to learn how to add a little more nourishment to your life, Rachel can work with you to create a plan that fits all of your individual needs and your families. Healing with whole foods and real ingredients, debunking fad diets, teaching you to love healthy cooking and eating, making simple changes that go a really long way and most importantly, helping you find the best plan that works for your life and your body.
SESSION #1: INITIAL INTAKE & PLAN DELIVERY - 1.5 hour session
Rachel provides a thorough assessment and analysis of your overall health, your health history, understands your goals, priorities and any obstacles that you face. All health concerns in relation to holistic nutrition are addressed. Rachel will provide a personalized plan which is explained in-depth and reviewed together. Plans include advice on therapeutic or functional foods, exciting meal suggestions or a meal plan, foods to avoid for your health concerns, safe supplementation, effective herbs and lifestyle suggestions.
SESSION #2: FOLLOW UP- If required, to be booked after initial
A follow up session with Rachel to discuss progress, concerns, and best next steps to obtain and maintain your health and wellness goals.
Option B-SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS - 60 min
*FOR PATIENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT ONLY*
Rachel will chat about what is working and address the areas in which you need more support. Rachel will keep building on the initial plan with actionable recommendations. Areas that can be covered:
- Skin Care & Acne Issues
- Specific digestive issues such as IBS, Colitis, Constipation, Bloating, etc.
- Converting to Gluten-Free Diet
- Converting to Dairy Free Diet
- Converting to Vegetarian/Vegan-Based Diet
Option C- PANTRY CLEAN-OUT & GROCERY TRIP
During this 2 part session, Rachel will come to your home to review what food items you keep in your household and discuss which items should be kept or removed based on your health & wellness goals. In your second session, Rachel will accompany you on a grocery trip (you choose the store) and provide guidance as to what items you should be purchasing for yourself and your family. Rachel will work within your budget.
Option D- 4 WEEK MEAL PLAN
A thorough meal plan which offers two 7 day meal plans that can be repeated and/or mix and match. This package will eliminate the stress of thinking and planning meals during the first stages of your transformation.
This plan includes your meals, shopping list, recipes with photos, daily nutrient list, basic recommendations and introduction to holistic living.
